She provides a secure and empathetic environment via a secure videoconferencing platform, with initial and periodic contact at the St. Louis Wellness Center. These services offer a convenient, comfortable alternative to traditional methods of therapy. Web-based therapy is a growing field and is available to anyone with a high-speed internet connection, computer and webcam. Clients can confront a variety of issues, and explore past and present life experiences.

Tiffany has experience working with clients affected by mood disorders, including: depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and those with addictions and addictive behaviors. She also works with clients experiencing relationship issues, including: sexual issues, infidelity, chronic arguing, or couples that feel their relationship is at an impasse.
Tiffany has training in working with clients in a crisis, including those with thoughts of suicide. She has also been working with clients who are dealing with issues of abuse, both as victims and perpetrators. This includes domestic violence and sexual trauma. She has been a volunteer with RAVEN and the YWCA sexual assault response team since 2004.
